I liked that it is better for the environment, and less dust, and also it doesn't WEIGH as much as clay litter! I thought we were golden - I got them all switched over with no drama, and I bought three HUGE bags when we moved aboard. It got clumpy when it sat in the humid environment. Then I couldn't scoop it clean - too many little clumps. Then the cats started to hate it. And you know what happens when cats don't like their litter : (

I don't know if others have used this successfully in a high humidity environment - but for us, and all the drama of moving aboard and adjusting to boat life - I just went for the path of least resistance - back to the old familiar clay.jane morejoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14871633865109014202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-920041710918980050.post-70243041403609751512012-05-18T14:50:40.014-04:002012-05-18T14:50:40.014-04:00Have you tried the litter called Worlds Best? It is made from corn, and cured my youngest from sneezing and wheezing when covering up the do-do's as there is no dust that the clay litters have.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-920041710918980050.post-72232950432035205192012-04-01T11:50:14.360-04:002012-04-01T11:50:14.360-04:00I use clumping - the non-clumping doesn't remo...I use clumping - the non-clumping doesn't remove the urine, and therefore does not remove the smell of the urine. With non-clumping, I think I'd need to totally change out the the boxes every couple of days to get rid of the smell.jane morejoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14871633865109014202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-920041710918980050.post-26951961442157396362012-04-01T11:46:31.104-04:002012-04-01T11:46:31.104-04:00Every once in a while Isabel has a look in her eye...Every once in a while Isabel has a look in her eye, and we suspect she is wondering what happened to Bartlett Ave.jane morejoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14871633865109014202noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-920041710918980050.post-8147776462016583492012-03-27T18:32:59.450-04:002012-03-27T18:32:59.450-04:00I've been wondering how the cats were managing...I've been wondering how the cats were managing!Earthbound Spirithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14042611502142798184noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-920041710918980050.post-83122618023306230992012-03-26T14:07:39.365-04:002012-03-26T14:07:39.365-04:00Thank you so much for this post - very helpful inf...Thank you so much for this post - very helpful information!
